When we see people running across the street, we know we have a problem

Someone made the point to me that although the Plaza is one of the better pedestrian environments in the city, there are certain streets that because of their width make it challenging for people to cross. I think his assertion that “when we see people running across the street, we know we have a problem” is something we can all look out for.
