Very simple. When you're blogging, you're a blogger. When you're commenting on someone else's blog, you're a commenter.

What will happen when a commenter takes over a blog?
Perhaps bloggers should have blog restrictions: commenters may not take over or even be perceived to have control over posts.
After all, commenters will bring down the blogosphere!
